Se curata calzi, si se taie felii subtiri, acestea se stropesc cu ulei.&lt;br /&gt;In acest timp pestii mici si sarati se tin in otet, apoi se scot si se taie in bucatele de 2 cm.  &lt;br /&gt;!!! otetul in care au fost pestii se arunca !!!&lt;br /&gt;Cele 2 bucati de ceapa se taie marunt si impreuna cu pestii se adauga la cartofi. Dupa care totul se amesteca bine.  Salata se presara cu verdeata (marar si/ patrunjel)dupa plac. Amesteca galbenusurile cu zaharul ramas, adauga faina si toarna laptele fierbinte. Lasa la fiert 2 minute, si amesteca continuu .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pune intr-un alt vas crema obtinuta anterior, si peste ea ciocolata topita, si amesteca usor.  Adauga lichiorul si amesteca din nou.&lt;br /&gt;Taie panettone sub forma de disc cu grosimea de 1 cm. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pune crema intr-un poş si distribuie putin pe fiecare disc de panettone, lasa insa unul liber. Apoi pune discurile unul peste altul, iar deasupra cel fara crema.&lt;br /&gt;Acum bate albusurile ca o spuma tare, adauga zaharul si zaharul vanilat, si bate iar un minut. Umple cu aceasta compozitie un alt poş si acopera cu ea prajitura toata.&lt;br /&gt;Apoi presara fulgii de migdale deasupra, si pune prajitura 2 minute sub grill-ul din cuptor pana se rumeneste putin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INFO :  este pentru minim 7 persoane;  se pregateste 40 minute;  se prepara in 5 minute; contine aproximativ 700 calorii;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;POFTA BUNA ! Apoi se adauga laptele, se amesteca bine pentru ca aluatul sa se aeriseasca bine, devenind astfel mai fraged. Chiflele astfel obtinute se taie in crutoane, si se adauga la aluat amestecand continuu. Dupa aceasta se asteapta 30 de minute. Apoi formati din aluat carnati alungiti, pe care ii veti fierbe 15 minute intr-o apa sarata, dar fara ca aceasta sa fiarba (fara sa clocoteasca). Dupa acest timp se intorc si se fierb inca 10 minute. Se amesteca usor dupa fiecare ingredient incorporat . (ca indiciu este lafel ca reteta de pandispan).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se tapeteaza tava, se adauga compozitia astfel obtinuta si se pune in cuptor la foc mic. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CREMA :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se freaca untul cu zaharul ramas pana devine o compozitie cremoasa, apoi se adauga branza si stafidele. Ce s-a obtinut astfel se amesteca bine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi se scoate blatul copt din aragaz, se rastoarna pe masa, si se taie in doua parti egale. Se aseaza in tava de servire prima parte a blatului, se adauga crema cu stafide obtinuta, si apoi a doua parte a blatului. Carnea de peste afumat si cea de peste alb se toaca bine.  Apoi se amesteca bine carnea de peste (toata) impreuna cu ceapa si cu piper (dupa gust), putin ienibahar si marar, plus orezul.  Se umplu foile mici de sarmale si restul de varza se toaca.  Intai se pune putin ulei in oala si apoi un strat de varza tocata impreuna cu foi de dafin si cimbru.  La urma se pun sarmalele, si se presara varza tocata (se pune putina printre bucati).  La final vine ultimul strat gros de varza tocata combinat cu ramurele de cimbru, foi de dafin si boabe de piper.  Acum trebuiesc turnate : paharul de vin, apa, si sucul de rosii.  Dupa acest lucru se acopera vasul de gatit si se pune la foc mic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reteta este gata si va urez POFTA BUNA ! Bon appétit ! شهية طيبة ! 盂兰盆胃口好 ! Hyvää ruokahalua! Dragul nostru bucatar Radu Anton mai spunea si : "eu voi prefera mereu langa asemenea bucate compozite vinurile poznase - "Aligote" de la Niculitel sau "Feteasca Regala" de la Cogealac; in speranta ca voi primi ceva din mustoasa lor joaca tinereasca." La final se pune si esenta de vanilie si se amesteca. Se spala carnea bine, se freaca bine cu tuica (pentru straini ... "brandy") pentru a deveni mai frageda, se pune sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;2.)  Apoi se pune rata la cuptor ... dar inainte se unge cu miere, se toarna pe ea untul topit si se adauga putina apa cat sa ajunga la jumatate din inaltimea carnii.&lt;br /&gt;3.)  Se acopera cu o folie de aluminiu si se pune la cuptor 30 de minute, dupa care se scoate folia de aluminiu si se lasa sa se rumeneasca pe ambele parti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este pentru 8 portii,  si se prepara in aproximativ 80 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sursa: retete de suflet;&lt;br /&gt;POFTA BUNA ! O am de la mama-soacra. Acest tort este preferatul sotului , asa ca m-am informat si incumetat sa-l incerc. Este usor de facut, fara blat. Iar pentru sarbatori e minunat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;: 4 oua, 300 ml lapte, 1 lingura de faina, 200gr zahar, 4 linguri de gelatina ( 2 pliculete ), 1/2 pahar suc de fructe ( compot de ananas, de piersici, cocteil de fructe, ce poftiti ).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREPARARE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;: Se pune gelatina in sucul de fructe si se lasa sa se umfle. Se amesteca 4 galbenusuri cu 100grame de zahar pana se albesc galbenusurile. Se adauga 1 lingura de faina, se adauga incet laptele caldut. Se pune pe foc pana incepe sa palpaie, amestecand continuu , ca sa nu se prinda. Se ia compozitia de pe foc, se mai amesteca 2-3 minute si se adauga gelatina, se amesteca sa se incorporeze gelatina. Galatina nu se pune cand fierbe compozitia. Se bat albusurile spuma, se adauga treptat restul de zahar pana se obtine o spuma tare. Crema aproape rece se adauga peste albusurile batute spuma. Intr-o forma se asaza fructe ( portocale, banane, mandarine, ananas, etc, in ce combinatii doriti si ce fructe doriti ). Se toarna peste fructe compozitia si se baga in frigider. Compozitia se intareste si dupa cateva ore o scoateti din frigider si o rasturnati pe un platou. Puteti sa va ajutati, punand sub fructe, in forma o folie alimentara. Imi pare rau ca nu am apucat sa fac poze. S-a terminat rapid tortul, dar o sa repet in curand reteta si o sa postez si poze. De mentionat ca in reteta originala ingredientele erau in cantitati duble. Am sa va prezint o reteta luata de pe internet, foarte usoara si gustoasa.Asadar...:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTE: 1 lingurita de drojdie uscata( 3 gr); 50ml apa calduta(1/4 cana de apa); 4-5 linguri de zahar( 1/4 cana zahar); un praf de sare; 3 galbenusuri; 1/2 cana de smantana(8 linguri rase); 8 linguri cu unt( 110 gr); 500gr faina; vanilie; caja de lamaie, portocala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PREPARARE: se pune drojdia in putina apa calduta.Intr-un castron mai mare se cerne faina( eventual de 2 orI ca sa iasa mai pufos), se adauga zaharul, sare, galbenusurile, smantana, vanilia, coaja de lamaie si portocala si , bineinteles, drojdia.Se framanta un aluat potrivit de tare, adaugand treptat untul topit, pana ce aluatul se desprinde de pe mana. Se framanta bine 20-30 de minute. Se lasa la crescut pana isi dubleaza volumul, intr-un loc caldut si ferit de curent.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce a crescut impartiti in 4 aluatul. Fiecare parte o intindeti cu mana , apoi puneti umplutura pe care o doriti( cu nuca si cacao; cu rahat ; cu stafide), rulati, rasuciti si o puneti in forma unsa cu unt. Se lasa sa creasca pana ajunge la marginea tavii ( tot la loc caldut si ferit de curent). Bateti un ou cu 1 lingura de lapte, ungeti cozonacul, presarati zahar( sau susan, mac) si bagati in cuptor la foc potrivit spre mic 30 de minute. Taie ceapa marunt si carnea cuburi, iar ciupercile in felii.  Zdrobeste usturoiul.  Decojesti si toci marunt rosia. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calesti putin in ulei ceapa, usturoiul si carnea.  Adaugi ciupercile impreuna cu vinul alb si rosia, continuand sa le inabusi impreuna pana cand se patrund bine, apoi pui sare si condimente dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separat fierbi amidonul (faina) dizolvat in supa, pana se ingroasa.  Torni sosul alb peste cel care contine carne, si le lasi pa amandouasa mai dea in cateva clocote.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Repartizezi in farfurii pastele si sosul, iar deasupra puteti daca se doreste sa presari cascaval ras. Bateti 2 albusuri spuma si le incorporati treptat. Cand clocoteste apa, puneti cu o ligurita din compozitie ( ca la galuste )la fiert. Sa dati focul mic, altfel papanasi se faramiteaza.Dupa ce se ridica la suprafata apei ii lasti sa fiartba 10 minute, apoi ii scoateti cu o spumiera. Apoi se imparte aluatul in doua sau in trei parti, si intinzi doua sau trei foi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PREPERARE: Taiati dovleacul in jumatate si il puneti la copt in cuptor. Intre timp faceti foile de placinta dupa reteta de mai sus. Dupa ce s-a copt dovleacul il lasati la racit, apoi scoateti miezul si il amestacati cu zaharul si praf de scortisoara dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taiati aluatul in 3. Luati o parte o intindeti cu sucitorul, intindeti pe ea amestecul de dovleac, rulati si asezati in tava unsa cu putin ulei. Repetati cu fiecare foaie in parte. Puneti in cuptor la foc mic pana se rumenesc putin deasupta rulourile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce s-au racit pudrati cu zahar pudra si scortisoara. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;POFTA BUNA ! Tai ceapa si ardeiul gras sau gogosarul, dai pe razatoarea mica morcovul, patrunjelul, telina si le calesti putin intr-o tigaie. Tai marunt piciorusele de la ciuperci si le pui in tigaie alaturi de zarzavaturi. Le calesti 10 minute. Adugi usturoiul pisat, verdeata taiata marunt Lasi la racit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Umpli fiecare palarie de ciuperca cu aceasta compozitie si le asezi intr-o tava unsa cu unt. Scoateti continutul rosiilor.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa, curatati ceapa si scoatetii miezul lasand doar 2-3 foi.  Puneti sare in rosii si apoi puneti ceapa astfel golita de miez in interiorul rosiilor.  Amestecati branza dulce de vaci cu branza (putin sarata) si cu fulgii de porumb care au fost zdrobiti.  Pentru aspectul compozitiei se poate pune aici si putin patrunjel tocat marunt. &lt;br /&gt;La urma umpleti bucatile de ceapa din interiorul rosiilor cu acest amestec. Ornati rosiile astfel obtinute cu frunze verzi de patrunjel (sau alta verdeata).&lt;br /&gt;Tineti rosiile la frigider si scoatetile functie de preferinta :&lt;br /&gt;- fie imediat inainte de servire (daca le vreti reci);&lt;br /&gt;- fie inainte de servire cu minim 30 minute (daca le vreti nu foarte reci) .&lt;br /&gt;Reteta este pentru 4 portii, pentru mai multe adaugati in plus la ingrediente !&lt;br /&gt;Se prepara in aproximativ 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aperitivul este gata ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;POFTA BUNA ! Curatati carnea si taiati-o dupa dorinta, bucati mai mari sau mai mici.  Puneti la fiert carnea intr-o apa cu sare (sarea dupa gust), dar trebuie curatata spuma ce se va forma.  Cand carnea a fiert pe jumatate trebuiesc adaugate legumele.  fierbeti la foc mic pana cand ingredientele sau inmuiat suficient. Se poate acri ciorba cu lamaie si condimenta cu sare in plus si piper, toate acestea dupa gust. Presarati leustean sau alta verdeata inainte de servire.
